There is a lot of garbage online on how to lose weight in 7 days or get ripped in two weeks and i'm sorry to say, but that shit just ain't happening.

In order for you to really improve your life through eating healthy and exercising, it takes months upon months and years upon years of consistently eating healthy everyday and working out 4 to 6 six times every week.

That is not the sexy answer or the thing most people want to hear, but it is the truth and the only truth. You may be able to lose some weight quickly with diet pills or some crazy starvation diet, but as soon as you stop doing what your doing, that weight will pile right back on and then some.

I believe that if people have the correct mind set and expectations for what they want to accomplish then the rest is simple. Learning to eat healthy and working out are easy, its just basic nutrition and movements.

However, setting tough goals for yourself and accomplishing them is hard, and that is where many people fail. If you can do that, your on a very bright and confident path.

Living healthy and fit is great, and there is nothing that should stop you from getting there.
